FG plans to begin construction later this month to widen and improve 2.5 miles of Highway 3127 and add two new travel lanes in an effort to enhance road infrastructure. FG is resuming preconstruction activity on the Sunshine Project site in St. James Parish this month after the Mississippi River receded to safe levels. FG LA LLC, a member of Formosa Plastics Group, received its final Title V operating permits recently from Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality. This marks the receipt of all environmental permits needed for FG to begin construction of its world-scale ethylene complex in St. James Parish.
