Permitting

• The Sunshine Project would be built in St. James Parish on the west bank in a conformity area specifically created for industrial development projects. 
• The Sunshine Project would be designed and constructed to meet and/or exceed environmental and safety standards.
• The Sunshine Project has undergone a rigorous LDEQ (state) permitting process and has received approval to move forward with construction.
